Experiences Vertical route

Activate your adrenaline in combination with the privileged views from the different points along the circuits that Vertical Route has to offer. It is administered by the local community of San Juan de la Miel and Villa Ascension providing a great source of work for the locals. 

The valley of the Yungas is located about 2.5 hr drive from the city of La Paz, making this activity a great full day getaway from the city. All the safety equipment required is provided by the staff. Before starting your activities the staff will also conduct a safety briefing to review all the precautions and how to use the equipment to keep everyone safe. It offers different activities beginning with rappelling, then a walk across the sky on a Tibetan Bridge, followed by a 100-meter long zipline over magnificent landscapes. You will continue, along with your guide, on a 30-meter long rappel ending with a free fall in the rope swing.

We recommend this activity for anyone over 10 years of age and accompanied by an adult. You don’t need to have any prior experience, just bring comfortable clothing, a good pair of tennis shoes and your GoPro camera!
