It is located in a private reserve on the southern border of the Amboro National Park. To reach the lodge, go from La Paz to Santa Cruz de la Sierra by air. Then by land for two hours and a half, to finally arrive.

Here are some easy trails to enjoy with family: The Orchid Path to sight orchids along the route and cross the Elvira River; another route available is the Three Waterfalls Path which takes you to delight in the waters of three incredible waterfalls.
Thence the moderate trails. First, the Sirai Path, in the direction to Amboro National Park to find a peaceful place to rest near a gorgeous waterfall. Then, on the way to the Condor Path, you will find an area with huge Bibosi trees, and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the lodge surroundings and the condors in the sky. The last is Don Albert Path in honor of the lodge founder, it is ideal for birdwatching because while you walk you have to climb some slopes of different heights which provides unique viewpoints.
Finally, there are moderate to hard trails. Walk across The Loro Path, it is initially flat, following the river, where macaws and monkeys can be spotted. The return path offers scenic views, with bromeliads, lizards, condors, and red cliffs. The following option is the Amboró Path, to go deeper in the jungle, crossing the Elvira River many times, and looking out for jaguars and pumas footprints. In addition, relish in waterfalls and natural pools. Also, spend a good time at a picnic. At last, an option for people that love hiking as it is a challenging path to climb, but in the end is worth appreciating the dazzling 360° view of the Amboro National Park.
We recommend you visit the ecolodge from August to January, during the bromeliads blossom that brings different butterfly species. Also, stay at least two nights to enjoy all the lodge amenities.
